Kleftiko ( Milos ) is a beautiful area with spectacular scenery and the most famous natural attraction of the island. There are massive volumes of white rocks, which stand in the middle of the sea and create an other-worldly landscape.
The rocks have semicircular shape and form a small lake a short distance from the beach. Of particular interest are the caves that were created. The name means thief and comes from the fact that pirate ships used to hide among the rocks.
Indeed, in the rocks are preserved some of the carved bollards the ships used to tie up to. Access to the destination is by tour boats which go all around the island and start at Adamanta.
